Shipping policy
We ship all orders within 7 business days of order being placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES:
Add on: INSURED SHIPPING, contact us immediatelywith the name on the order, order # and photos of damaged items and packaging. and we will send you a new package and handle filing the claim for you.
BASIC or FREE Shipping, you will need to use your tracking number to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If shipped via USPS*, they currently as of 5/25 offer $100 carrier insurance. If shipped via UPS*, they offer $20 carrier insurance. *(this is subject to change without notice)
DAMAGED ITEM arrived: please email us with the name on the order, order # and photos of damaged items and packaging. Depending on the nature of the damage, if it is due to issue on SB end we will send you out a new item. If the damage is due to shipping carrier neglect, you will need to process a claim directly through the shipping carrier. If you upgraded your shipping to insured shipping, we will process the claim and ship out a fresh order asap.
