There is a conversation happening all around us. Are you ready to listen?
Not in words. In something older. Something slower. A language of pulse and stillness, of whispers and frequency. Plants are speaking—have always been speaking—and when we slow to their rhythm we can begin to listen to the stories they are eager to share.
This workshop is an opening.
Together, we will step out of the hurried world and into a slower, more secret rhythm. Here, plants are not decoration or resource. They are presence. Intelligence. Perhaps even invitation. What might a tree confide, if we learned to receive? What does the moss know, that we have forgotten?
We will wander into the garden and wild edge of Raven's Ridge with quiet attention. Through meditation, gentle practice, and unhurried time among green beings, we will begin to sense what shimmers beneath the surface. Not through force, but through patience. Not by learning, but by remembering.
For centuries, healers, medicine makers and herb keepers have known what we are only now rediscovering: that plants respond. To touch, to tone, to intention. To the quiet arrival of a curious heart. In this one-day gathering, we will explore those exchanges firsthand. We will offer our presence and notice what returns. We will listen with the body, receive with the senses, and allow the green world to meet us more than halfway.
This is not a skill to master. It is a relationship to enter.

Participants will need to bring: their curiosity, a mug, journal, and lunch. Please be prepared for all weather types as we will be outside.
